Monika Duszyńska, as an expert of Medyczna Racja Stanu, took part in the 2nd Meeting of the Council of Experts on Infectious Diseases, held on 26 August 2025 at the Staszic Palace in Warsaw. The annual debate was dedicated to the key challenges in the field of infectious diseases and public health security.
In the panel “Measures of Progress and Missed Opportunities,” Monika presented the challenges related to the elimination of HCV infections in Poland, to which the country is committed in line with WHO guidelines. She emphasized the need to implement effective legal instruments, including access to diagnostics, funding of therapies, and systemic preventive measures.
